Our mission

European SMEs and MidCaps have been priced out of AI sales tools, the category was built for Fortune-500 budgets and US-led ecosystems. Meanwhile, B2B buying has moved off your call calendar and onto your website: most decisions are made before sales is invited in, and outbound has lost its leverage. Companies pour budget into traffic and watch the conversion stay flat.

ROFFI exists to close that gap. We turn the inbound visitor, your most valuable underused asset, into real pipeline, on a price point European mid-market actually buys at. Our promise is simple: Cloop turns web traffic into pipeline.

How we got here

ROFFI Oy was founded in February 2025. The original idea was practical: consult companies on getting more productivity out of the commercial software they already had. We quickly saw the same pattern repeat, data was siloed, customer information was being captured in minimal volumes, and the systems in place gave teams almost no view of what was actually happening across their funnel.

The arrival of AI made that problem visible, and brutal. Most companies have no realistic way to compete with the businesses already running on AI-amplified productivity. When founder Tapio Junes saw the gap, he started building a concept to give SMEs and mid-caps the same access to analytics, data, and insight that enterprises take for granted.

Until now this kind of capability has been built for large enterprises, at price points that would have multiplied a smaller company's annual IT spend, and around Salesforce-and-Salesloft ecosystems most European mid-market teams don't run. Understandably, most teams have avoided AI projects entirely. We chose to fix that, starting where the pain hits hardest: dark-funnel visibility, website conversion, and the productivity of customer-facing processes, with security and EU data residency treated as non-negotiable from day one.

We've built the product portfolio without outside financing, and we're working passionately to create European B2B AI expertise that delivers two things at once: digital sovereignty and a serious step-change in commercial productivity. The team is growing with ambitious people, and the first customer projects have already shipped. In 2026 Cloop accelerates further, toward the highest-converting AI seller for European B2B websites, while we prepare the public launch of the wider productivity platform.
