EMAIL SEQUENCE

Start with a relevant message.

An example campaign introduces a use case that fits the recipient.

The sequence connects your first email with the follow-up steps you define.

What your team can do

Connect your messages to what happens next.

A sequence is more useful when it helps your team continue a conversation, not just schedule the next email.

01

Build a clear sequence.

Combine messages, waits and tasks into a repeatable outreach process.

02

Define branches and conditions.

Use workflow rules to make the next action depend on what has happened.

03

Give replies to a person.

Keep the customer’s question visible and let your salesperson take over the conversation.

From setup to daily use

Start with a focused use case.

01

Choose an audience and goal.

Focus the sequence on a specific customer need and a clear reason to respond.

02

Write the sequence.

Define the messages, waits, conditions and sales tasks before starting.

03

Review replies and follow-ups.

Assess the conversations you create and adjust the sequence based on what customers ask.

CLOOP IN PRACTICE

Keep the next message connected to the conversation.

Use sequences for a planned campaign and continuation paths for a specific unfinished buyer question.

Start from the open question

A visitor asks about implementation but leaves before resolving the next step. For an identified, eligible contact, an enabled path can prepare useful information from approved sources instead of restarting discovery.

Choose the response policy

Define who sends, when a follow-up is appropriate and when the agent must hand over. Review the draft and its source context before enabling automatic delivery for the agreed path.

Respond to what changes

A reply, meeting, opt-out or salesperson takeover changes what should happen next. Configure and validate pause, stop and handoff rules before activating the path.

Reconnect on return

A verified returning visitor can continue the linked conversation. A campaign link alone must not expose a person’s previous discussion to another visitor.

Agent continuation is available for controlled setup and validation; automatic sending is not enabled by default. Confirm mailbox, identity and return-visit behaviour for your deployment before launch.

Your questions, answered.

How do sequences and workflows differ?

A sequence organises a series of outreach steps. A workflow adds branching logic for different events and conditions.

What happens when a customer replies?

The reply should become the next conversation to handle. The illustrated flow pauses the sequence and gives sales a follow-up task; confirm the exact rules during setup.
